Extending Autophagy and/or prolonging Ketosis

Could lead to dependence on fat already stored in cells as fuel sidestepping glucose even when there’s plenty of glucose available.

Even when the body should be out of ketosis, due to carbohydrate consumption, ketosis still may occur – even long after the ketosis diet regimen was terminated.

It’s called NATURE GETS STUCK (NGS) in autophagy.

Recall your mother telling you not to make faces or they might get stuck? She had a point about things getting stuck by prolonged usage in a set way. 

For a significant amount of time after stopping the fasting and or ketosis you can eat whatever, whenever you want and you won’t gain wait. Eventually however, you will come out of it and start gaining weight.

Just so you know, that glorious time in between won’t last forever, so remain somewhat cautious in your food choices, to keep your habits, good habits.
