Maybe the exercising I do is stiffing up my muscles.
I do have dystopia in several areas of my musculature, after all, so maybe I have to rethink the exercise when the stiffness everywhere is making me more weak and more stiff.
So from now on I’m going to go slow and light.
Very light. Maybe no added weight: no dumb bells, no ropes, no rowing, no treadmill.
Instead I’ll use my own body weight and only use devices to help control the movements.
All the experts say to drink five cups of coffee a day for all the brain benefits. I do two strong cups. Maybe none would work better for me, since caffeine constricts blood vessels, thus limits blood to muscles, causing my muscles to contract.
I’ve tried that before (no coffee) and my lower legs and ankles swelled to a worrisome degree.
I’ll have to figure out something else for my brain.
I’ll need to figure that out too. I’ll give myself one month to do the figuring out of it all – like setting a time limit ever helped before.
Have to figure that out too.
