If you’re fat, your body is overloaded with nutrients and it’s trying not to absorb them all, because your body doesn’t require as much as you’re telling your body it does.
Your body is telling you you’re wrong.
The proof is in the fat. It’s storing what you don’t need, which means you’re on nutrient overload, which means your brain is storing everything that comes in.
How much more obvious can it be?
