When I Crave Fat And Sugar



Maybe some people only crave fat or only crave sugar. It seems lately that when I crave anything it’s a combination of the two. So what to do between feedings for a simple to prepare snack – when you’ve eaten all your snack bars and the cupboard runs bare?

This is a snack not a meal, okay? This is to satisfy a craving. If you’re just hungry, then pick a lower calorie and fat snack.


1- About 2 Tablespoons fresh grind almond butter.

2- Top with prepared horseradish – about 2 teaspoons.

3- Drizzle with unsulphured molasses – warm it under a hot water faucet before removing cap, to make it more fluid.

Why the horseradish? To cut the perception of fat by adding a sour taste sensation. Sub in prepared yellow mustard for the horseradish or any other mustard you like

And that’s it – easy!

Say no to seconds, if you can. If not, enjoy the indulgence and move on.
