Optimal Weight Loss Per Daily Caloric Intake

Optimal Weight Loss Per Daily Caloric Intake

At some point on the calorie continuum you will lose the greatest amount of weight.

Find your balanced calorie amount per day that it takes to lose the greatest amount of weight.

Fat, protein, carbohydrate calories.

Synthetics increasing weight. Drugs have no calories yet they can significantly increase weight gain.

‘No calories no gain’ may be true if eating no synthetics or chemicals.

If you’re on a 500 calorie a day diet and not losing weight, look beyond plants for the WHY.

It’s not because your metablolism slowed. The body wants to be at a certain weight and has already calculated how many calories per day it takes to maintain that weight.

Inversely, if the body knows how many calories a day it takes to maintain a weight, then it also knows how many calories per day it takes to lose that weight.

Dieting is not supposed to get you down to the bone. Of course your body will resist losing weight to keep you healthy. Appreciate that. Tell your body and your computer brain thank you.

You can either lose weight with no calories or maintain your weight with no calories for a short period of time. You can also gain weight under the same ‘no calories’ condition. The body replaces the fat you used up too fast with increased fluid to maintain a balance. Once the brain knows you aren’t sick or starving, it will give the command to release the fluid and a slimmer you will emerge, so have heart that your body/brain knows what it’s doing to keep you safe. This is the time when you go the distance.
