

Applesauce And Green Olive
Never thought to combine applesauce with Spanish Manzanilla Pimento Stuffed Olives, but when I did out of the blue, it was delicious and satisfying.
Serve a portion of applesauce in a cup, then top with coarsely chopped olives (I used 5), and voila! – I thought I was eating something unique at a fine restaurant.
Flavors rich, applesauce cool, sweet and smooth, salty and chewy from the olive.
Although I ate mine casually from the applesauce cup as a snack, when serving guests use dessert dishes. Can also be served as appetizer or even dessert..
