V-8  acts as an appetite suppressant. Try it and see if it does the same for you. Low calorie, filling. Also comes in low sodium.

• If you can’t have any salt, then you’re doing something to your body that needs more than an appetite suppressant to lose weight. The point is to reduce consumption, not keep your consumption at what it is, while expecting some other remedy to lose the weight for you. The A1 Steak sauce will provide, without sending you to the hospital for too much salt consumption.

Pour V-8 in glass over ice.

This is what I add:

approx. 1 t. Spanish Pimento Stuffed Green Olive juice from jar

black pepper

vy. small amount Malic Acid for a citrus flavor (about 1/16th t. – if you want more use very sparingly

a dab or more of A1 Steak Sauce

Stir and serve.
