THE RUSSIAN MEXICAN
A simple but addictive open-face sandwich goes like this:
1- Big slice of fresh Russian black bread. Toast the bread or not. I tried it both ways and prefer it not toasted, but you decide for you.
2- Spread the bread with 2 oz. WHOLLY GUACAMOLE, I used original style. Steve buys them in the individual serving size, so we needn’t worry about leftovers darkening as avocado does.
3- Next, microwave a thawed JUST EGG FOLDED, place on top of the avocado spreaded bread, then using a sharp knife, cut the entire open-face sandwich into squares.
4- Squirt some ketchup over the egg, sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
Makes 1, unless you want more or to serve guests.
That’s the Russian Mexican. Stands out as tough and tender at once. And the flavors, WOW.
WHOLLY GUACAMOLE makes a good, tasty, smooth product, which we use as a spread in place of mayo.

The egg and avocado spread equals 200 calories (100 calories each), the bread about 100 calories, the ketchup about 20 calories, which falls into the reduced fat category making a great meal no matter the time of day or night.
Notes: Since the USA government decided to hate Russia and anything Russia connected, and then demanded the same from its people, the traditional black Russian bread turned to pumpernickle overnight it seems, essentially boycotting Russian bread from USA groceries and bakeries. How about boycotting the bagel, since Jews are the only ones committing a Holocaust against the Palestinian people, with the backing of the USA and most the world, by the way, mostly out of fear and implied future financial benefit from the USA for taking the side the USA takes.
Members of Hamas are Palestinians (the makeshift military, the only military for the Palestinian people), mostly grown from the memories of parents who were massacred over the many years of occupation, so every few years the Jews reenter Palestine and holocaust the now grown babies. It’ll happen again and again, until the world steps in and punishes Israel for the Holocausts they commit in the name of needing growing space for their own growing population.
Aside: This time Israel went straight for the children, knowing they’d grow up wanting to destroy those who destroyed their families. And the world stood down.

Britain you are dead in the water wrong. There’s not a country on earth that expands it’s borders into neighboring countries to make room for population expansion, by reducing the population of those bordering countries, by first killing its children.
