TIP > I like to watch videos, as I’m sure most of us do, otherwise there wouldn’t be a zillion of them produced on You Tube and other venues.
However, watching is time-consuming, so I go for the short clips. But with the talking videos it isn’t necessary to watch – generally speaking – so I open a window to the selected video, turn it on, then open another window and do some other work as I listen. Sure, I won’t hear it all, but when something catches my ear, all I do is click to the video window and pause, then go back and re-listen to what peaked my interest.
New Term: LISTENING VIDEOS is what I call them.
