Free day. Wednesday is my first of two days off in the week. No counting anything. No recording anything. I’m taking one free day a week, not two. Two is one too many – in a week. One is enough. Two is overload. Regarding diet only. I can eat and drink anything except that which contains animal products.
The only way to get two days in a row is to take the last day of the week and the first day of the subsequent week.
There’s a Walgreen’s store a block away from us. I needed bread and didn’t want to walk all the way to the grocery and knew Walgreen’s sold something that looked like bread. I stopped buying Hostess decades ago and didn’t even know they made bread. Well, this is pretty good for a light sandwich, which is what I want these days. Most similar breads contain about 110 calories per slice. With Hostess I get 2 slices for 140 calories and only 1.5 grams of fat.

126.6 x 9 cal./gram = 1139.4 Fat Calories | per day average = 162.8
1139.4 divided by 7203.15 = 16% Fat Calorie to Total Calorie Ratio
