There’s some indication that oatmeal helps with weight loss. I don’t have to overload on it either. One bowl a day can change you for the better.
Fatty liver can be caused by too much alcohol, but also from eating too much, even if you don’t consume any alcohol. By the looks of people globally, there are a lot of fatty livers in the making as I type.
