Where a nerve meets another nerve as in a tree, junctures I call them, decisions are made through the chemicals the nerves secret at the junctures (aka synapses).
The chemical interaction and intra-action at the junctures of the nerves create a respondent action independent of the chemicals used to create it.
Thus with each action evolution is born each and every time nerve meets nerve and exchanges chemicals. Gases too.
Thus proof that all life and non-life is in a perpetual state of evolving or devolving.
What happens in between those two continuously fluid states is what interests me.
