SHARON’S Straw

Breathe in like you’re smoking a joint. Hold, release through the straw or mouth.

Use various sizes and lengths.

Visualize a tense muscle while you breathe in. Hold it for as long as you can at full capacity. Count if you must. Increase as you are able.

Zero in on that one muscle – all spare energy from all sources.

Until you feel a little woozy – or not.

Then release it.

Can I still exercise the muscle?

You can do whatever ELSE you want with it.

Thank YOU.

Make it a habit. Like smoking a cigarette, chewing gum, drinking coffee.

Breathe through the straw. Cut it in half. Large or small or medium.

Carry it with you wherever you go. Never be without it. Even in the home. In the car.

However, don’t use it on public transportation or if in the car with somebody else. You’ll be wearing a mask then, right? Not in restaurants either.

It’s a private exercise endeavor between you and yourself.

It’s not to show off. Only you know.

I started doing this in November. Then stopped, as I do with many activities, then started up again.

Now that I have COVID LUNG I’m using it while I work at the computer.

It can also be used as a distraction tool or focusing device.

I’m sharing what I do, that’s why I call it SHARON’S STRAW. You do what you want for you.

Don’t forget to clean it.
