FAT-FREE HAWAIIAN FRUIT DRESSING using Bragg Bottled Dressing
Easy, fresh, velvety smooth. Perfect dress for fresh fruit! Top with smoky brown sugar walnut crumbles takes the party to the roof top. A fresh spinach bed teams up well with the crumbles extending texture contrasts without cluttering it!
Makes 2-1/4 cups dressing
1 c. BRAGG brand HAWAIIAN DRESSING & MARINADE fat-free
2 lg. or 3 sm. bananas, broken into chunks
Place bottled dressing and bananas in blender container. Blend on low then high speed till velvety smooth. Use right away or pour in covered containers and refrigerate till ready to use.
Walnut Crumble Topping:
1-1/2 c. walnut halves
1/2 t. salt
1 T. light brown sugar
1 t. liquid smoke
Place all ingredients in small food processor and process till equally crumbly and crumbs begin to pull away from insides of container to form a ball. If you only have a large processor, then double recipe and reserve leftover for another use.

Assembly Per Individual Serving:
Just before serving, prep fruit and place in bowl. Spoon as much dressing as desired over fruit. Toss to coat.
Place large handful of spinach leaves on individual serving plates.
Top spinach with a generous portion of fruit salad.
Top generously with walnut crumbles. Serve.
Notes: Use any variety of fresh fruit that you want. The nectarines, peaches and strawberries made a good match for the dressing, but so would other fruits. You pick.
