12 oz. black coffee – Cal. 5, Fat 0g

w/2 T. Roland Coconut Milk – Cal. 50, Fat 5g

16 oz. filtered water

w/1 shot apple cider vinegar

Garden Salad  – cal/fat 0

w/romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper

w/ 2 T. Balsamic dressing – Cal. 70, Fat 4.5g

4 oz. roasted tofu cubes – Cal. 105, Fat 6g

2, 12 oz. Great Lakes Elliot Ness beer – Cal. 388, Fat 0g

2, 16 oz. cans Guiness beer – Cal. 334, Fat 0g


Total Calories = 1002

Total Fat grams = 20.5 x 9 cal./gram = 184.5 divided by 1002 = .184 or 18%


EXERCISE:

This is the creamer Steve puts in his coffee on his days off. And sometimes I accept his offer to make one for me too. It is good. Other dairy free creamers don’t color the coffee cream-colored as well as Roland’s does.

Roasted Tofu Chunks from Lucky’s Market. Lower calorie and fat plus better tasting than deep-fried. Great to add to a salad or to snack on when you get that urge to chew.
