This is the creamer Steve puts in his coffee on his days off. And sometimes I accept his offer to make one for me too. It is good. Other dairy free creamers don’t color the coffee cream-colored as well as Roland’s does.
Roasted Tofu Chunks from Lucky’s Market. Lower calorie and fat plus better tasting than deep-fried. Great to add to a salad or to snack on when you get that urge to chew.
