Nectarine Banana Yogurt

NECTARINE BANANA YOGURT

The white nectarines are ripe and juicy this year. Mixed with dairy free yogurt and banana, a squeeze of lemon and twist of salt and your day just got better! Don’t forget the cinnamon.

Serves 1-2

1/2 c. SO DELICIOUS DAIRY FREE PLAIN YOGURT made from coconutmilk

1 sm. banana, slIced

1 sm. white nectarine – slice around the pit in equal size slices as desired – keep peel on and throw away pit

1/2 t. cinnamon

1 t. fresh lemon squeeze

fresh grind pink Himalayan salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl, except pink salt. Toss to evenly coat with the yogurt.

Transfer to serving bowl – yes even if it’s just for you.

Top with fresh grind pink salt and serve.

Hey, it’s not so easy to look at when you add the cinnamon, but it’s just you and the morning. Who cares? It’s good enough to make it again.

Although I didn’t do it, because I forgot I had fresh cilantro, but a few leaves on top will make it sparkle.

SO DELICIOUS brand dairy free yogurt doesn’t taste that much like yogurt, but I like the taste it does have and also the creamy texture.

Make sure the nectarine is ripe.
