Although Weight Watcher’s weight loss program doesn’t shy away from animal products, one could easily do a Weight Watcher’s program absent the animal and still eat a healthy diet.

The zero point foods, excluding animal products, include tofu, plain soy yogurt, beans, legumes, fruits and vegetables – fresh, frozen, canned – absent any addition of sugar or fats/oils.

I’m going to try snacking on some of these zero pointers when I get hungry, rather than eat an actual recipe.
