Use a mirror and a scale. Those are your two best friends when losing weight and getting fit. Looking at your face isn’t enough. Like many people, I don’t gain a lot of weight in my face, so according to my face I’m thin.
Eating nothing makes me weak. Eating too much makes me weaker. That’s my experience with too little and too much. Others go into a panic on your behalf when you don’t eat enough, but they don’t do that when you eat too much.
